Graduate Job

I have just recieved an Email from a firm where they had a graduate role available. I have applied for it and I am through the next stage however the wording of the Email is confusing me. I’m not sure if it’s an actual interview or if it’s a casual meeting talking about everything about the job?

I have attached the email so anyone who can have a read of it, will appreciate it!

It sounds like they were following up from another email. Did they send you an email prior to this one confirming you have progressed onto the next stage? Maybe check your spam!

It’s looks it’s an invite to an interview, some interviews are informal so there’s no pressure but I with recommend double checking. But to me it does sound like an interview.

Shall I contact the hiring manager to double check?

Personally I wouldn't be surprised if it's a formal interview. They've told you it's 15 minutes long so I'd expect them to start off with an introduction to their company, a few questions about your suitability for the role based on your CV and some time for you to ask questions at the end. They'll end with some more information on next steps. However, I wouldn't stress out about it. Prepare well and be yourself - you'll be fine.

Hi sorry for the late reply, personally I wouldn’t. I would just prepare as if it’s a standard interview but obviously I would follow the vibe of the interviewer once they provide an introduction. The word “chat” does imply it’s informal though, so try not stress about but I would still prepare like any other interview. If you do need reassurance maybe reach out to them but I think you will be fine tbh so try not stress.
