UKMT volunteering References

Hi guys, I’m interested in volunteering at UKMT however I’m not quite sure who to put as my reference as they do said for the second reference to be someone seeing me work with children given that I’m a gap year student and don’t have experience with kids as of yet what should I do any advice would be helpful thank you very much!
