Household income, student finance

I applied for student finance last year nov/dec and have been paid twice but recently reviewed it again and realised what I’m being paid is the minimum not based on household income even though the evidence I sent contained my parent’s statement and pay slip. I did apply as child of a migrant worker but how can I rectify this to receive the full amount based on my household income? And is it possible since there is only one payment left?
