Put your phone away - really away, not just pretending - and do some organised and focussed revising/work, don't just endlessly dip in and out across all your subjects.

Hi! I got 99999999887 at gcse and I would say at this point past paper questions are ur best friend. Go over your mock and pick questions which you lost marks on and then do the exam questions on that topic (pmt is good for these!) Then for english lit memorise grade nine analysis 100% and use a level style essays to work off as they will impress the examiner most. Also my no1 tip for geo is learn the case studies!! they can be applied to almost any question be it about a case study or not

these are really good grades regardless!!!

in terms of websites: seneca (free, i used for triple science and history, has so many other subjects too) and cognito (science only and i payed for it but you can get some stuff for free and the videos are so incredibly useful and also they’re on youtube), gcsepod (idk if you need a school account), sparknotes (eng lit), educake (need a school account), PMT
Youtube accounts:
mr salles, mr bruff, mr everything english - for english lit and lang
cognito, freesciencelessons - sciences
corbett maths (there’s also a website) and sparxs videos for maths
unjaded jade, jack edwards, and other classic studytube accounts are also great for almost guilt free procrastination

aim to revise 1-3 hours each school night and 2-4 hours sat & sunday
interleave topics so you do a variety of subjects and topics each day & week - target 3 topics/subjects per day
study with friends! (…peer pressure them so you all get better grades…. jk peer pressures mean but studying together is fun and means you can help each other)
pomodoro method (25 mins work 5 min break)
blurting, flashcards, plan essays (3 times as many as you write, write some and ask teacher for feedback), post its with small key facts or quotes around the house (bathroom, fridge, mirror, phone screen background)

i got 78899999999 in 2024 in further maths, art, eng lang, lit, triple science, maths, media studies, history, spanish

I do AQA but also do AIC and Macbeth, my main recommendations for English lit would be Seneca, I think it’s so motivating and helpful, will get u all the key information u need for context and content of book + there are grade 9 questions u like fill in. However essay practise is obviously needed too , go over what was lacking in ur mocks and retry a new essay. U can get ur teacher to mark it or even chatgpt can give some good pointers on www/ ebi
