MSt Greek and/or Latin Languages and Literatures Oxford

Does anybody know how competitive it actually is to get into Oxford's MSt in Greek and or Languages in Literature? The offer rate reported on Admissions Report UK (according to the FOI act) is 80%. Are the chances of getting an offer for that course actually that high? Also, how much emphasis do they put on writing samples for postgraduate courses? Do they have to be extremely exquisite?
