Using the eyepiece ruler, you should be able to calculate how many eyepiece units the length of a cell was. From there, you work out the magnification you were at, and then use A = I (eyepiece units of length) / magnification, to get the actual length. Move that into nicer numbers, e.g. micrometers. Then, draw a line on the bottom bit of the picture, doing the same distance as what you have drawn + measured, and say that that is however micrometers you calculated.
