What's the equal consideration date for LJMU?

I was debating changing one of my choices to LJMU, but the equal consideration date stumps me. On UCAS and seemingly across all universities, the equal consideration date is January 14th. A few emails I receive from LJMU state this too. However, on the LJMU website, it states that their equal consideration deadline is June 30th.
For safety of changing my choice, which one of these is true? As it would be lovely to have LJMU as a choice on my UCAS, but I'm afraid of changing my choice if it won't be considered. Thank you!

Hi,

I hope you are well! Yes I see what you mean about there being multiple dates coming up for the equal consideration date. I have asked my colleagues to double check and confirm the actual date for equal consideration and I will get back to you as soon as I hear back!

I hope this is OK, let me know if you have any other questions, I am more than happy to help!

Thanks, Matt 😊

Hi,

The equal consideration date was on the 14th of January which has now passed. However, applications are still open until 6pm on the June 30th.

Courses that LJMU still have availability for will still be available to apply for via UCAS extra however the uni cant confirm which ones will have availability until they have gone through all of the applications that came in prior to the deadline.

If you get in touch from the 26th of February onwards then LJMU will be able to confirm if there are still any places through UCAS extra!

I hope this information helps, let me know if you have any other questions, I am more than happy to help!

Thanks, Matt 🙂
