Have I done enough math

Im applying for LSE and Cambridge Econ next year and I got gold in SMC, did kangaroo and I swear I was 1 QUESTION AWAY FROM A SILVER. I ONLY GOT A BRONZE IN KANGAROO I WAS ONE QUESTION AWAY WTF. But i digress. Is that enough math for lse and cambridge econ? Anyways, its nearly too late, because cambridge apps are so near SMC its basically impossible for me to redo smc again.... How else can I prove my math aptitude for such math-intensive course?

"enough" + proving aptitude is normally down to achieving (or being predicted to achieve) the minimum required grade(s) in maths and FM

having a solid score in the SMC is a good bonus, but it'll only take effect in the context of your wider application. as long as you expect to achieve appropriate grades in maths, the next most important thing will be demonstrating your engagement with the domain of economics, not merely showing you are the most quantitatively-able person in the applicant pool

economics is math-heavy, but if you go over and above in math achievements, you might be missing out on opportunities to develop your economics knowledge to discuss in your PS

good luck

So that means I should just mention the SMC but delve more into the econ stuff? I wont be like seen as not mathy enough for cambridge or lse? All they require is A* in Maths and FM (Which I am confident i will get)? People told me I need to get BMO so i was anxious...
