Preparing not to fail my prelims/mocks XD
I skipped 2 years worth of school (equivalent from jumping from year 10 to year 12) and I’m attempting not to drown in all the work, overall, it’s not going to bad :>
I do have my projects I need to do next week and I’m REALLY HOPING my chemistry projects don’t blow up the school :P

SO!
I spent last night at my grandparents so after watching the traitor final (WOW) i cracked on with finishing up my science homework, and started writing a speech for a competition and today did an hour and a half on food tech not doing much but cutting and folding pre made flashcards and sorting them out, and then some history revision quizzes on simple study and Seneca about medicine in the medieval era.

i think i'm making good progress but i've got a biology test and a maths test coming up so should probs be shifting my focus but i find it really hard to do the things i should be doing when i need to do them.

gonna try work on my speech some more byeee x

I'm finding it really interesting so far. we've only done key sociology ideas (I don't think I've named that right..) and are paet way through families now but on the test I did I got 30/30 so pretty chuffed about that.

how are you finding it? and what else are you taking?

Wow well done on the test!
It’s ok but sadly our classes are mainly just lots of writing at the moment which is a bit boring :frown:

I’m also taking
English lit and lang
German edexcel
French edexcel
Maths
History edexcel
Triple science
Music edexcel a year early
RS
Sorry idk all the exam boards yet

went on a spiral of university and degree thoughts last night and got my self confused not gonna lie too many acronyms for my weird brain to handle. but regardless...

i had a biology test today and marked some in lesson so far ive got 23/24 and theres 6 marks left that my teacher will do so fingers crossed. and i also go back a science test from a few weeks ago and got 36/50 and while that seems pretty low the highest in the year was 37 so was a hard test still need to look at it for where i need to improve but that will hopefully be in fridays lesson.

ive got some science homework to do as well as packing my bag for food tech practical tomorrow and staying late till 9.30 as ive got furthermaths then helping options evening and cadets idk how ima get tha in a bag but we shall try!
