Hi! I’m Elif, a King’s College London student, looking to sublease my ensuite room at Hayloft Point (Unite Students).
The room is exceptionally clean and well maintained (it was like new when I moved in). It is located on the 5th floor, at the end of the flat, making it quieter and more private, away from the kitchen and main entrance.
⚠️ Important: Replacement must be a King’s College London student or hold a confirmed KCL offer, who is not already in one of King’s Residences.
📍 Location: Unite Students – Hayloft Point, Aldgate
2–5 minutes’ walk to Aldgate & Aldgate East Underground stations
Easy access to King’s campuses
📅 Availability: Flexible — available immediately or from March (please contact for details)
