Looking for a replacement tenant to take over my single room in the highly sought-after Urbanest King’s Cross for the summer period.
🗓️ THE DATES
Move-in: 13th July 2026
Move-out: 12th September 2026
(Note: These dates are fixed per the UCL contract end)
🎓 ELIGIBILITY (Strict UCL Requirements)
UCL’s accommodation office will only approve the swap if you meet all the following:
You are a UCL Postgraduate student.
You are NOT currently living in any UCL-managed accommodation.
You are a full-time student for the 2025/26 academic year.
📍 THE LOCATION & ROOM
Located in the heart of the vibrant King’s Cross Quarter, this is arguably the most convenient student hub in London.
Transport: 5-minute walk to King’s Cross St. Pancras (6 tube lines + Eurostar).
UCL Access: 15-20 min walk to Bloomsbury campus or a quick bus/tube ride.
The Room: High-spec single room with a memory foam mattress, underfloor heating, spacious study desk, and plenty of clever storage.
Facilities: Access to the 13th-floor common room (incredible London skyline views!), quiet study zones, 24/7 concierge, on-site gym, and free-to-use bikes.
Local Vibes: Steps away from Coal Drops Yard, Waitrose, and Granary Square.
