Looking for someone to take over student accommodation April-July (Birmingham)

I’m finishing uni early and wanted to ask if anyone (especially exchange or international students) is looking for short-term student accommodation from April to July in Birmingham (B5).

It’s a premium studio with a private kitchen and bathroom, in a building that’s popular with exchange students. The contract takeover would be done officially through the accommodation provider.

Rent is £200 per week, and the building has shared facilities such as a gym, cinema room, and study/social spaces.
