Line of best fit? (Chemistry)

How do I draw a line of best fit in chemistry A Level because I do not rlly know the rules and sometimes I draw a straight line when its meant to be curved and vice versa - this has been a problem since GCSEs so with my attention to detail I am trying to fix this

If the crosses are slanted (so forming a curve) then I assume you curve into where most crosses are (missing out anomalies of course!) but if for eg there is a straightish line you draw a straight line of best fit! If there are two lines (eg one going up and one going down, you draw one line for the up and one line for the down letting them cross at the top..) I tried explaining as well as I can, but show me the question and I can for sure help!
