Dropping Maths after January Mock

Hi guys, I am applying to veterinary medicine course. which only require As in Biology and Chemistry.
I am currently taking 4 A levels: Chem, Bio, Maths and Psychology.

I found maths particular challenging in year 2 for me and I have to put a huge amount of time in questions but my grade is still a B/C. So I was thinking dropping maths so this could guarantee me more time to spend on Chemistry and Biology.
I got A in my AS mock last year, so I thought I would be okay with year 2 content..

The thing is, I already submitted my UCAS and currently being on hold for Birstol and Nottingham Vet Med course. Is it too late to drop maths guys think I should drop maths given there is only 4/5 months left?...and is this going to affect those uni's decision?

If you meet the stated entry requirements without Maths, then consider dropping it. Having an extra qualification isn't going to make any Uni more interested in you - four A levels are not preferred for any Vet courses and AAA will always look better than ABBB on results day. Once you have your school's agreement, just email each Uni and tell them you are dropping that subject - you can do this even if you have already received an interview or an offer - and also tell UCAS using this online form : ucas.com/forms/request-amend-qualifications-listed-your-application
