Goville and Caius Postgraduate College Placement

Has anyone who has received an official offer from the PAO at Cambridge heard back from Gonville and Caius if it was their first choice of college?

I was accepted to caius as well, for PhD in biological sciences!

i got my mphil offer from them today (it updated on the portal -- no email as of yet!)

Congrats! I'm still on seeking approval 😕 I heard someone's portal updated on Friday, so maybe they're giving out their offers around now? (Or maybe I've missed the boat...). I assumed they gave out all their offers on a single day during a single meeting but who knows haha

Hi i think they give it out on a rolling basis actually since the application deadline hasn't closed (right?)

It’s almost definitely rolling, they’ve said that, to a certain extent, they have internal “quotas” to balance arts and sciences, age, nationality, fee status, taught vs research students
These are subject to change yearly, but it’s probably not full just yet, you just have to hope you statistically fit within the PG community they’re trying to curate
