When do newcastle uni give out offers?

I've applied to do biology at Newcastle but not heard anything back yet and its been over the 15 working days. I've gotten all my other offers back but I'm most keen on Newcastle university as me and my partner both want to go there, all the staff were so lovely and friendly when i visited, the course looks excellent and Newcastle is one of the few places that will let me do a placement year outside of the course subject (I want to do a placement on the railways).
I know university admissions are normally really busy around this time of year and the reason my partner already got an offer is because they applied for zoology which typically receives less applicants. I'm just anxious because imp not sure if not getting a response means you've not been accepted

We do try to process applications as quickly as we can. Please be aware that we receive a large volume of applications, and each application is considered individually. As such, there is no specific timescale that we respond within.    

However, all applicants who apply before/on the UCAS equal consideration deadline at 18:00 on Wednesday 14 January 2026 will receive a decision by Wednesday 13 May 2026.

Our Undergraduate Admissions Team will try to make decisions before the UCAS advisory deadline of 31st March 2026, but some applications may face delays and the application process for some courses may mean decisions are not made before this deadline.

I’ve had an offer for Classics and English, however I’d assume biology has far more applicants so it might take a bit longer. No news is good news though, so hopefully they’ll get back to you soon.
