I really want to apply, I live local so would be perfect but I thought I missed the cut off with UCAS. Am I better off waiting for Extra in a few days to apply?

Maybe call them. From when I called in early Feb they said they’d first only consider and interview those before the deadline. Then if they have spaces/not enough suitable candidates they’d interview more ppl who applied after the deadline. So u wldn’t get priority but wld still be worth applying becuase they didn’t tell me how many spaces are available for their first cohort. I’d imagine it’d be a smaller cohort because it’s new, but if it’s a large dental cohort them uve got a good chance of getting a place! Hope that helps x
