Can I request additional DSA equipment?

So i was given laptop, microphone, software etc to record and annotate my lectures through DSA, all worked very well for 1st year and 1st semester of 2nd. But this new semester I've been timetabled so I have days with 3 2-hour lectures back to back. Which is 6 hours no breaks, all in the same room.
That room does not have accessible plugs or power sources for students, and after my first day of that my laptop died around the 4th hour.
Is it possible, and if so how would I actually do it? Im probably looking at requesting a power bank or maybe seeing if upgrading my laptop is a possibility.
Preferably the power bank because I dont really have the money to pay the base laptop fee, and definitely not any upgrade fee.
My supplier was StudyTech if that makes any difference. I know a power bank was mentioned as an option when I had my assessment, but that was in relation to if I had a tablet is was going to use, are laptop power banks a thing they can offer?

In the best way possible it seems like you need the powerbank relatively urgently, if you even attempt to go through DSA then they 1. Need to establish why you need a powerbank due to your disability eg why do you need one compared to everyone else in the room who also doesn’t have access to chargers 2. There would likely need to be another assessment done and then would all need to be approved… 3. DSA tend to give pretty low level equipment and I don’t doubt that will apply to a powerbank which will probably not do very much for a laptop (hence the mention of a tablet because they aren’t as hard to charge)

Probably easier to hit Amazon and buy one for the sake of the time and faff
