Year 13 mocks help

I just got my maths mock results from early January mocks and I got a really really low C (like cusp of D low) in maths, and I’m not even sure they’ll give me the C because they’re still altering boundaries. I’m super worried because I think I’ll probably get around a C in economics and then maybe a B/C in geography. So worst case scenario I have CCD.
I really need advice, when I got my maths results back I genuinely felt my stomach drop and I realised I was kind of doomed. My predicted grades were really good last year because I understood year 12 content a lot better, and I also lowkey think my school inflated our predicted a bit, so I applied to good unis and all my offers are around AAA now.
I’m so scared because I feel like I’m not going to meet my offers. I literally feel sick idk how I got this bad :frown:
Does anyone have any advice on how to improve because I only have about 3 months left and I literally need to move up 2-3 grades. 😭
It’s important to identify what might’ve went wrong during your revision period and change that habit from there. How have you been revising so far?

My school marked quite harshly (I was always getting C’s, maybe one B in mocks before A Levels and a U one time. I got an A in the exams and was surprised! You really need active revision strategies such as past papers and consistent practise 😊
