Question on bad GCSE

Hello my name is joy
I am an international student planning to apply to university in September my choice are
Kings college London (2nd)
University college London (1st)
Imperial college London
Manchester university

But my dilemma is I have A*AA in biology chemistry and English only my ucat is left to write and I've been studying for 6 months
My real issue is my GCSE
Math(B3). physics(B3). Chemistry (B3). But biology and English were cancelled someone cheated in the exam hall and in my country two subjects will be cancelled
For English I'm thinking of writing IELTS and getting projected grade of 7.5
Do you still think I have a chance with my GCSE grades to my chosen universities 😭😭

Hello Joy, check with the universities but they do normally want IELTS as a minimum for international learners and functional skills or GCSE for UK learners. You can normally find out from the course page under 'entry requirements'. Alternatively, they should have an email where you can ask. If you would rather be safe than you could complete an igcse which is equivalent to a gcse and they have exam centres all over the world. You can do this for Maths and Biology if you need to.

I checked my maths GCSE is great and kings and imperial require IELTS for failed English the one I'm not sure about is the biology

Yes A* in biology A chemistry and A English for a level
But I'll still do IELTS will it be okay

A Level >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> GCSE
I think Imperial needs A*A*A or smth like that, idk
