Trips booked in advance but I've been invited to summer school

So, basically, I got a conditional offer for music and as part of my offer it is compulsory to attend the summer school at University of Glasgow. I'm on a school trip from the 26th to 28th of June and then I'm going down to London for a Harry Styles concert for the 1st of July. Because of the travel distance and time, I'd need to accommodate 3 or 4 days down there. I have to be there 75% of the time and they said on their website that holidays should not be booked during the dates of the course, but these have been booked prior to the email that I got this morning. What should I do?
Ultimately you're probably going to have to decide whether the gig or meeting your offer conditions is more important.

You could contact them to see if there is any wiggle room for candidates who already have something booked over that period, (and I wouldn't say gig, I'd go with holiday), but the likelihood is that no, there isn't.

As above, you'll likely be expected to prioritise your education.

Did the summer school thing come totally out of the blue or did you know it was a possibility?

Initially I didn't when I applied. However, I recently went on their website and it says completion of Top Up or Summer School, so I've been an idiot basically and not thought of this before booking everything. Glasgow is my first choice as it is closer to home, so like you said I'd need to prioritise my education over leisure. I'd either have to cancel my concert or my school trip or wait and see if I can cut my concert days down to less than 3.
