Can Uni of Bristol be affordable?

So I’d get the max maintenance loan and probably the bursary too. No help from family. I’d stay in Manor Hall for 1st year which is only £6000. With that in mind, would I still struggle in 2nd and 3rd year with rent?

I want to be able to have a fairly lively student life throughout my time there, so don’t want to be stuck completely broke. I’d get a part-time job in the summer.

It’s an expensive city for housing so I wouldn’t go in expecting to be able to have a “ lively “ student life but there is always free stuff to do! You won’t necessarily get your first choice uni accommodation so do bear this in mind too.
