What should I expect from a honours in computing networking and cyber security?

I am planning on doing a 4 year sandwich course on networking and cyber security with CCNA and CCNP included in the course too. Any tips? Any experiences that may be important? It's going to be done at portsmouth university if that helps out anyone.

I have been very passionate about networking for a lot of my life and sometimes I watch CCNA content for fun so I am sure this is going to be a fun course for me but I want to know if burn out is common and how to combat it

Yes, it should be a fun course! I think a good way to avoid burnout is to not make networks your whole life. It can be very tempting, but you need to make sure you're engaging with other things.
