Has anyone been invited or done an interview for pharmacy at UCLAN

Thank u for the reply. I submitted my ucas application in November time. I hv done interviews for my choices but I haven’t heard back from uclan. Is that something I should be worried about as it’s my top choice

I’ve just been invited to an interview for pharmacy at UCLAN. Just wanted to know if anyone’s done it and what I should expect as it’s a full day interview

heyyy i had my interview back in january and i got an offer the next day
it won’t be a full day, first there will be a talk about pharmacy and then a maths test which lasts 10 mins 10 marks and then a taster session and lunch and you will have a scheduled interview 1-1 after that, lasting 20-30 mins so you’ll just have to stay depending on what time ur booked in for

Hi thank u for ur response. Is the maths test hard like how could I prepare for it and are there any scenario based questions in the 1-1. Is UClan one of ur top choices

And overall how was ur interview experience and how did u prepare for it

i would say prepare for it how you would prepare for any interview, make use of the email uclan will have sent you about the values as they will ask you about those and why u think they’re important, also try to incorporate them in your answers to show that you embody those values as a person.
think of scenarios where you showed values of a pharmacist and a pharmacy student and i would say prepare rough answers to them so none of the questions throw you off guard.
most importantly do lots of practise with other people so you feel comfortable on the day and just remember to show them WHY they should pick you, don’t let nerves or anxiety get in the way
