Royal Holloway Tuition Fee

I've applied for Royal Holloway, and have been accepted under a conditional offer, however, for some reason it says my tuition fee will be £26.800 a year, which is for overseas study. Yet I've been born and raised in the UK, and still live here today.

I sent in birth certificates for the fee status questionnaire a few weeks ago, yet nothing has changed, should I be concerned?

Is this for undergrad or postgrad? If the former, check what you entered about residency/student fee status on your UCAS form and make sure there were no errors on your side.

The RHUL fee systems do occasionally glitch and send out inaccurate tuition fee requests to people. So, assuming you didn't fill in anything incorrectly your side, do chase it up and contact them to query it

Yeah, some help would be nice, I have phoned up in the past and was told that after I upload documentation to prove I live in the UK it should change. But it has not

Still unresolved. I had a phone call. And apparently they got my home status. But there was an error on their end. I was told that within 24 hours i should get an update. It's been two weeks now.
