NHS GMTS 2026 Prep

Hi everyone 😊
I am currently preparing for the NHS GMTS (General Management) Virtual Assessment Centre which I have in about five days, and wanted to ask if anyone here has been through it before.
I would really appreciate any tips, advice, or reflections on what helped you most, especially around the case study, group exercise, or interview.

For the case study, keep your answer really structured and make your recommendation easy to follow, with clear reasons. In the group task and interview focus on calm leadership by listening well bringing quieter people in and explaining your trade-offs clearly.
