Need urgent uni advice

im a first year student at uni of Nottingham studying EEE and im so behind already. Ive barely attended labs and am weeks behind on my project module and catching up is almost impossible. January exams have been horrible and im failing two modules where one is the project module that is mandatory to pass to progress to 2nd year. Im not enjoying my course and barely know what's going on and repeating the year is looking very likely. Over the past few days ive been looking into my options and might try to switch course into civil engineering in September internally as I heard its easier with no coding and more math and coursework. However, the problem is that ive previously done a foundation year at Queen Marys university of London and SFE only finance for 4 years and will allow finance if repeating a course but not for switching into another 3 year course due to me completing my foundation. What do I do

Hi there. Just to confirm, you will have 2 years of previous study by the time you are looking to start the new course? Will you be starting the new course from year 1? Do you have any extenuating circumstance's as to why you could not complete this current year? Thanks, Leah.

Hi there,

Can you confirm when the new course would start and would it be a full time undergraduate course? Can you confirm what university you want to attend for the civil engineering course? To confirm this course would last 3 years and you have 2 years of previous study?

Thanks, Drew
