Hello, I hope you are doing well.
Please do not worry; universities often take a while to respond to MPharm applications, especially when applications are made before the winter break, or the course has a high volume of applicants (which it most likely does).
I, for example, had my interview with Reading Uni around the end of February, and recieved my offer around early May.
