Not letting me post a question?

Hi! I recently created an account and I'm trying to ask a question, but when it goes to post, it says I can't post in that forum (it was University of Cambridge, but I tried a few different forums just in case, and it wouldn't let me post in any of them). Is there any way I could get help figuring this out?
