Free school meals and Medicine application

I put myself as free school meals on the Dundee portal, and after request of documentation/proof I sent a screenshot of an EMA receipt because I had looked up prior and it said receiving EMA means your eligible for free school meals. Now I’m in a weird circumstance as I had received an offer two days ago but also 2 days ago I noticed in the portal the documentation had been updated ‘Feedback From our Team: this is not evidence of free school meals’ now im kind of panicking because I think Ive mistaken the option of free school meals on the application as not only being eligible but also received or been receiving free school meals in the past which I haven’t, now I really have no clue what to do as I think I’ve made a big mess up and fear this can disqualify my offer because I had misrepresented my circumstances
