Imperial College London Maths School Interviews

Hey everyone,

I got an interview invite from ICLMS, can someone let me know how they're maths interviews work?
Is it similar to KCLMS where theres a maths interview and a personal and you're taught something which you have to apply for some questions the interviewer asks you to solve?

Hi,
Congratulations on getting an interview. There have been some other posts on here, apparently it is a bit like Kings: they do some maths with you and see how you handle the problem and think about the problem, then they ask you some things about yourself and maths. Good luck!

Hi, I might be a bit late but from what I remember last year, it was first a personal section where the interviewer asks why you applied and what you like about maths (not exact questions but vaguely along those lines) and then you move onto being taught a new concept and then doing questions based on that. Good luck!

My son had an interview with ICLMS last year as well as two other maths schools. The ICLMS interview was quite short in comparison.
