Can someone reapply Cambridge undergraduate for same subject?

If rejected for 2026, can I reapply same subject for 2027? And I will be studying the same subject with another university in Sep 2026?

I think you can but it requires a different process so definitely ask around

Yes you can reapply for the same subject, but maybe chose another college at Cambridge (although this isn't mandatory). However, if you accept and start another course next September you are highly unlikely to be accepted (see below from Cambridge website). Most people who reapply do so on a gap year.

We normally do not consider applications from students enrolled on a degree course at another UK university.
We’ll only consider this if:

•

you have exceptional circumstances

•

you want to change the subject you're studying

You will:

•

need strong support from your course director

•

need a written reference or letter of support to the Cambridge College you apply to

•

be assessed in the same way as any other applicant

If you transfer to Cambridge from another UK university, you will need to start your chosen Cambridge course from the beginning (first year). It is not possible to transfer credit to Cambridge from another university.
Please be aware that if you have previously studied at another university, this may impact your eligibility for student finance and/or a student visa.

As above Cambridge have a policy if not generally considering applicants currently on another course in the UK (with some exceptions) to avoid "poaching" from other universities.

If you wish to reapply to Cambridge you should be planning on a gap year.
