Is this possible or an overreach?

In my November mocks I got ABC, an A in chemistry, a B in biology and a C in maths. In biology I was 7 marks off an A, in maths I was 6 marks off a B. I have February mocks in 3 days and I hope to get ABB or AAB, I'm a bit stumped on how to revise when exams are this close, for the past months I've just been trying to do topic questions on the topics I'm bad at and watch videos, while also keeping up with my current school work. In biology mock tests I get A-B at home or in class, same in maths mock tests, in chemistry I get Bs , the only reason I got an A was because the grade boundaries were lower. Best case scenario I get AAA in these mocks. How best can I utilise my time to do well in the upcoming week? Is it possible for me to get AAA in three months or even A*AA, as I would like to have a shot at applying for pharmacy or medicine. Ive been trying to work on my mental health and my study habits but I also don't know the best way to revise for content heavy subjects like biology, I try blurring but it doesn't really work for me.

With 3 days left, shift from content review to active recall via past papers and mark schemes, focusing heavily on Chemistry and Maths to secure your target grades, while optimizing Biology revision. It is absolutely possible to reach AAA or A*AA in three months by refining exam technique, tackling specific weak points, and managing your mental health to maintain consistency. Remember to revise under normal temperature and pressure. Please don't pressure yourself .Have a nice day🥰
