Hello! I’m looking for a female replacement tenant to take over my tenancy in Camden, London due to a change in circumstances.
The flat is shared with one other female flatmate, who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with. We’re looking for someone similar to join the household.
The room is average-sized and bright, and comes with access to a shared bathroom, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The flat is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from King’s Cross St Pancras, making it perfect for students or young professionals looking to live in central London (Zone 1) with excellent transport links.
What’s included:
Double bed
Shared bathroom
Shared living room
Shared kitchen
Requirements:
Female, aged 19+ (students preferred)
Clean, polite, and respectful
Able to pass referencing checks
Able to provide Right to Rent / Home Office share code
Rent: £1,040 pcm (excluding bills)
Deposit: £2,371.16 (5 weeks’ rent)
Location: Weavers Way, Camden, NW1 0XF
This is an official tenancy replacement (not a sublet) and will be subject to landlord approval.
