Apparently offers and rejections were communicated between March 10 and March 25, 2024 and The official "intimation" for the majority of the 2025 batch was released between March 12 and March 26, 2025, Looks like it’s the timeline.

The "Wave" System: Oxford's Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences tends to release decisions in batches. Usually, the first wave of offers goes out in mid-March, followed by a second wave (often including waitlist notifications) toward the end of the month.
Funding Deadlines: Because the January deadline is the cutoff for most major Oxford scholarships (like Clarendon), the department aims to have decisions finalized by late March so that successful candidates can be put forward for central university funding in April.

How it compared to the 2024 batch
The 2025 cycle was almost identical to 2024. In both years, the "Decision Deadline" advertised by the university was mid-to-late March (roughly 10 weeks post-deadline). If an applicant didn't hear back by March 31st in 2025. It usually meant they were on a "reserve list" or their application was still being processed for a final decision in early April.
