Exhibitions - This might be my no.1 source of inspiration... I go to a lot of exhibitions. I just find them very inspiring and it helps me work my creative brain and generate idea.
•
Events - Similar to exhibitions I think it is good to keep learning and trying new things. Eventbrite is what I usually use, plus events often have freebies!
•
Other student work - At Kingston we have lots of private viewings, exhibitions and showcases of student work. It is nice to see what those in other art subjects are inspired by or creating.
•
Talks/guest lectures - I find it really interesting to hear about other peoples journeys or processes.
•
Walking around the local area - this is always a great way to clear my brain, I think getting out the library or my room always helps me feel more creative.
•
Cinema - Love being able to fully focus and be immersed in a film and think about different concepts and worlds.
