Student Finance Wales loan?

Hello!

I moved in with my dad in 2019 to Wales and did my undergraduate degree in Wales too. Last September I made a temporary move to my mums while my partner who lived in Wales with me moved up North for work for a year. I am planning on returning to Wales back to my home with my dad once my partner also moves back around September time and I want to start my masters course in Wales while living in my family home with my dad.

Would I still be eligible for Welsh funding having temporarily moved to my mums for a year because of my partners job requiring him up North for a year of training?
