English Language might hinder you. Won't let you get into anywhere extremely prestigious like Oxbridge I fear, though I am unsure and would assume other unis may be more lenient on you as long as you have relevant work experience. Please try not to panic. They are not terrible grades.
Are these in your GCSE mocks or are you already doing A-levels? If so, what are your predicted grades?

Similar to what others said.
Honestly, I think you will be fine. You can apply to unis that do not rank GCSEs (St Andrews and Exeter are some great ones just as examples). However, this may mean that you will need to have a greater UACT score and A Level preds.

But just as an example, I got 666677789 and I got 4/4 interviews! So don't stress, apply strategically and focus on work experience and UCAT (when it comes closer)

Also, you do not need to go to a Russel Group uni, especially for med. Every course is similar and employers wont care. There are some AMAZING unis (again St Ands as an example) who arent part of the Russel Group
And stay clear of Oxbridge as you likely will get rejected pre-interview
