Conditional offers

If I only receive conditional offers, when do I accept a place? Do I have to wait for conditions to be met - ie results? Doing access to HE course so I believe results are available earlier than a levels

once you receive all your offers you then chose a firm (the uni you want to go to) and your insurance which should be lower grades than your firm so if you don't get the grades for your firm you will hopefully get the grades for your insurance. On results day whichever uni you're offered will then change your offer from conditional to unconditional. Nearly all offers are conditional unless you have already got your grades in which case you may get an unconditional offer
