If you definitely want to do physics, I'd check the universities you want to go to and check their entry requirements, because some courses I have encountered will not count maths and further maths as two separate A-levels. Having biology and physics is a good combo for quite a few degrees as well if you want to go down a different route later on.

Further maths will make your application for physics more competitive and also will equip you with some of the maths skills you'll need during the first year of your physics undergrad. Biology would give you more options in science if you feel torn between physics and something else within science- is this likely to be the case? When i was in year 11 and applying for a levels I was torn between astrophysics and zoology but after some research i ended up going with zoology and was very glad that i applied for a level bio cos its not my favourite subject and what i want to do at uni. Maybe have a look into what your interests are and what potential degrees or careers you might have an interest in 🙂

This would be very very rare for physics i believe, its often more true for degrees like med where fm is not relevant.
