Access to HE DHT

Hello, I’m a mature student (20) and qualified dental nurse. I have applied for DHT at Portsmouth, Suffolk, Huddersfield, Essex and Bristol. I sent in my application 8th Jan received acknowledgment emails 4/5, a SAQ from Bristol and that’s been it.
As I’m doing an access to he i understand they’re probably waiting for my predicted grades hence why I have heard anything. Any other access students in the same situation?
I feel like I’m going crazy checking my emails all the time. And i’m getting mad impatient.

Hey 👋🏼 I’m a mature student too (33) also doing an access course for DHT. I applied to Essex, Portsmouth and KCL back in October, I had my interview for Essex in November but still waiting to hear the outcome, I know Essex has double the amount of applicants to deal with now as they’ve closed their Southend campus. I’ve not heard a word from KCL or Portsmouth yet but assumed they were waiting for Casper results, did you do your Casper test?

I’ve also applied to everywhere you did apart from Portsmouth. I got interviews from Essex and Huddersfield and just got an email today about Suffolk. I’m yet to hear from Bristol. I’m sure you hear from them soon!

Congratulations!! I got an interview from Essex too, Suffolk rejected me last week because I don’t have my predicted grades yet. Wishing you the best of luck x

I know your response wasn’t to me, i also got an interview with huddersfield along with essex. Huddersfield is on the 12th of March, Essex 13th

My Huddersfield is on the 11th, how are you preparing for it? Essex is on the 4th I don’t really know what to expect hoping it all goes well

Just make sure your familiar with the scope and practice on scenario questions, good luck!
