MSc Applied Clinical Psychology personal statement?

Hi, does anyone know what the guidelines are for the length of the personal statement for the MSc in Applied Clinical Psychology at The University of Lancashire? I've looked for general uni guidelines and I'm seeing 400-600 words, but they've asked us to answer 2 questions within that as well and not actually said a limit on the course page/entry requirements. I'm sitting at 684 words currently so want to know if I need to cut down (again!)

Hi @Charlievls,

Sorry for the delayed response. Your personal statement needs to stay within the 4000 character limit set by UCAS. This includes spaces and blank lines. This might seem like a lot, but it's only around 1 side of typed A4 paper. So you need to keep it clear and concise. Use the UCAS personal statement tool to help you keep within the limit as well as tips on how to structure your statement.

You can find more information and tips on our page here: How to write your personal statement

Hope this helps and feel free to ask if you have any further questions 🙂
