Been dismissed from retail job, any advice?
Im 25 ive just been dismissed from working at flannels a retail store and ive been working there just over a year and apparently its because of my performance, any advice? I feel kinda sad tbh

Have they given you written warnings? Have they followed their dismissals policy? Are you in a union?

So have they followed their policy? Usually companies have to give warnings in writing. Why didn't you respond to the verbal warnings.

Id get back out there and look for another job. If anyone asks about the job you got sacked from, then try to frame it in a positive way.

Oh right. In what way? When they gave you warnings, did they not give you advice on how you should be doing it/how to improve, or give you any retraining or anything?
