How can I stop blushing so much?

It seems strange but does anyone have ideas or advice to help with blushing? It's not a recent thing but it does seem to have gotten worse in the past months. I don't go a day without feeling my face get so hot over the smallest things! It could be because someone looks at me, if I talk to someone, even just at random moments where nothing is happening!

I has been driving me insane as to why this has been happening so often since I'm not the most shy person (nor am I not the most extroverted person neither), it just seems to happen even if I feel completely comfortable. It gets embarrassing having to meet someone new and have them watch me go cherry red only because I started to speak to them. I was never uncomfortable meeting new people but this is a really bringing me down considering I'm in almost graduating and this seems like such a silly thing to make a fuss about. :frown:

Hey, I totally get how annoying this must feel blushing all the time can really knock your confidence, especially when it happens even if you’re not shy. The thing is, it’s actually more common than you’d think.
Some things that can help:

Don’t fight it: Trying to stop yourself can make it worse. If you focus on something else instead of the blush, it often eases off faster.

Breathing and grounding: Slow, deep breaths or noticing your surroundings can calm your body’s reaction.

Exposure: The more you talk to people and put yourself in social situations, the less extreme it can feel over time.

Lifestyle factors: Stress, caffeine, and lack of sleep can make blushing worse.

If it’s really affecting you, talking to a GP or a counsellor can help too there are treatments and strategies they can suggest.
Honestly, you’re not alone loads of people deal with this, and it doesn’t reflect how confident or capable you are. It’s just your body reacting, not a flaw in you.
