I recently completed the Final Stage Assessment for Deloitte’s Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions (OIDS) Graduate Programme - September 2026, London.
My portal currently shows “Application - On hold / Shortlisted”, which I understand means I’m on the waitlist. I’m curious if anyone here has been in the same situation and can share their experience:
- Did you eventually receive an offer after being on hold/shortlisted?
- How long did it take to hear back?
Would really appreciate any insights, it’s helpful to know what to expect!

Hi I’m in the same position and i think it’s not possible to get an offer now so, you’re better off applying different places.
