I am currently a 3rd year University student completing my Independent Project. My study is on how self-compassion can impact university students' mental well-being and emotional eating behaviours.
- Criteria: Current University Students, 18+, No diagnosed Mood or Eating Disorders.
- Duration: 15 minutes.
- Your participation is completely voluntary.
