I made a revision plan- this helped to make sure that I didn't miss anything when revising and also helped me to incorporate breaks into my study time!

Have breaks/rewards- this will help to lower your anxiety as it will give you something to look forward to and to work towards. This could be going for a coffee or a walk or something similar after you have revised!
•
Past papers will be your best friend! This will help you to get used to the question styles and help you to allocate time frames for your questions.

Ask for help! I would also recommend possibly talking to your teachers within school as they will understand exactly where you are coming from and may be able to offer more personalized support!
