Network Rail degree apprenticeship

I have created a thread for people to discuss ongoing applications and offers for the 2026 Network Rail apprenticeships. How has everyone's been going?

I applied for that as well. I think it's buckhamshire University. When did you apply?

I'm going for the level 3 engineering apprenticeship. I've done the SJT and video interview. Before the SJT they emailed me saying I'd need a calculator, pen and paper and some practise questions around maths. I'm unsure why as it was just SJT. Now a new email stating I have to watch a webinar and some more short assessments but no mention of needing a calculator, pen, paper etc. Any ideas? I haven't had any maths tests from network rail yet so I assume this will be it.

Well, all done now. Gamified tests and behavioural questionnaire. Good luck all!

Has the level 6 project manager apprenticeship already opened and I’m late or have they not because the website says regist interest for 2026 so I assume it hasn’t opened yet.

That sucks tfl is doing that but I believe WSP, FCA and Strabag have project management or controls apprenticeships open still. Fca closes on the 19th at midnight , WSP apparently closes next month. Also this month I believe amazing apprenticeships have their listing's set up so make sure to sign up for that as they normally go in October and January iirc. Good luck regardless of what you go for

Tysm I’ll look into those and to be fair the tfl email I revived did say nothing was confirmed that they were still assessing the situation and they’ll get back to us when it’s decided so theirs some hope as that would be my dream apprenticeship 🧡
