I’ve just finished my master's degree and received Merit.
Is it considered good in the UK?
And could I apply for PhD with it?
I am considering applying for PhD scholarship and I’m afraid I won’t get the chance

A Merit is a good result, so well done.
Yes, you can absolutely apply for a PhD with a Merit.
