Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Park View (University of Manchester accommodation).
Room Type: Platinum en-suite room – larger than the standard rooms

- Tenancy Length: Available immediately until 6th July 2025 (originally a 44-week contract) - Rent: £201 per week approx  - Great location, about 12 minutes’ walk from the University of Manchester - Spacious room, modern facilities, and convenient location
- I’m only moving out because a space opened up in my best friend’s accommodation, so hoping to find someone to take over my contract
